*I will upload more photographs of the flat etc soon! I am away 18th - 28th July and looking for someone quiet and trustworthy to look after my flat and my lovely ginger cat! It’s a one bedroom apartment in Duivendrecht 1115VW in a very quiet, residential area with greenery and nature all around - great cycle routes, including Deimerbos and Gaasperplas nearby. Own private car parking spot. Private indoor bike parking. Metro station and supermarket within walking distance. In a 20 minute bike ride along the Amstel you’ll be in the Amsterdam canal area. It's a great balance of somewhere quiet and green with easy access to the city. I have a 4 year old ginger cat called Gember, he’s a big boy who likes to chat a lot! He’s not a lap cat but he likes to be around people and will be sleeping at the foot of your bed at night. He’s obsessed with water and will be asking you to turn the shower on for him! (I know, he’s a weirdo!) He's allowed up on the kitchen surfaces (try and tell a cat 'no' haha) so best if you're not squeamish about things like that. He's generally well behaved, keeps himself to himself a lot but loves a play with his toys and will always greet you when you come in the door! The flat is a bright, spacious new build with a big south facing balcony. I’ve only recently moved in so there’s still some boxes and a few quirks I haven't sorted out yet, but there’s more than enough for everything you’d need to live comfortably- especially for the summer on the balcony with a little bistro table and chairs set! There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, induction hob, combi oven, and all you'd need for cooking. For coffee lovers there's an aeropress and a drip filter. Nice big dining table perfect also for working from. Double bed, big en-suite shower room, separate utilities room with washing machine, and two comfy sofas in the open plan main space.
